Requirements: Security Management / Business Admin experience. Proven operational leadership in security industry. Strong grasp of security principles, risk assessment, and incident management. Proficient in MS Office and security management software. Track record in KPI development for operational improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Oversee Daily Operations – Manage security operations, ensure compliance, and enforce protocols. Develop Strategic Initiatives – Implement AI-driven security solutions and improve efficiency. Lead and Train Teams – Supervise, mentor, and evaluate security personnel. Engage with Clients and Stakeholders – Maintain strong relationships and address security needs. Risk and Crisis Management – Assess threats, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee emergency responses. Manage Security Technology – Oversee AI tools, security systems, and equipment utilization. Ensure Compliance and Reporting – Maintain records, adhere to regulations, and report to management.
