Description Our client in the electrical automation industry is currently looking to employ a Projects Administrator, to be based in Port Elizabeth.

Our client is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a strong drive for success.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric. 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Own Transport (essential).
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Package).
  • Pastel Experience.
  • Stock Experience.
  • Strong administrative skills, accurate, great organisational skills, able to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work with people with various skill sets and good communicational skills.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Capturing of project data, quotes, invoices.
  • Cost Tracking.
  • Projects Purchase Control.
  • Understanding of tender processes.
  • Documentation – Filing & Operational manuals.
  • All other project administration, as required.
