Description	Our client in Agric / Citrus sector is currently looking to employ a Customer Account Manager based to their team based in Addo. To oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and provide administrative support to the Marketing Managers in the sale and execution of the export process; to build and maintain strong relationships with the customer base. A wonderful career opportunity awaits you. Requirements: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook – to good level of proficiency. The candidate must as a minimum have passed Grade 12 (Matric) and a professional qualification in Logistics, Marketing or Sales will be a distinct advantage. Behavioural Competency requirements: Trustworthy and dependable. Attention to detail. Ability to work accurately under pressure. Very strong numerical skills. Strong administration skills. Independent and task orientated individual. Ability to learn and adapt in a fluid environment. Excellent written and verbal communication. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Planning, Ordering, Stock and Logistics Management: Accurate planning and maintenance of the customers demand plan and placement of weekly orders. Executing the administrative and logistic requirements to ensure the timeous and accurate delivery of products to the customer. Customer and Client Liaison: Forge and maintain Customer and Agent relationships Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters. Clearly communicating and updating the customers on orders and shipments. Administration: Generate weekly vessel loading plan Management of container bookings Generate loading instructions Generate Invoices and Credit Notes Processing of Account Sales Actively participating in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Please note should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying you may assume that your application was unsuccessful.
