When job hunting, you often don’t know where to begin. Fortunately, Headhunters is here to simplify the process!

1. VIEW OUR CURRENT JOBS TAB

All our available vacancies are advertised under our Current Jobs tab.

2. SUBMIT YOUR CV

Should you see an opportunity you are interested in AND you meet all the requirements of the position, you can apply for the position directly from our website. 

You will be required to register your details on a platform called Placement Partner, which is our internal system.
It is very important to complete your information correctly and in full and to attach your updated CV.
You will be able to use the same account you’ve created to apply for more than one job. 

By applying for a specific position, your CV will be sent directly to the Consultant dealing with that vacancy.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you not hear anything from us within 2 weeks of applying, please consider your application unsuccessful.

3. THE INTERVIEW

Only candidates who have been shortlisted for a specific position will be invited for a Virtual interview with Headhunters. 

Interviews allow us to gain further insight into your abilities and experience, while also understanding your professional goals and ambitions. This enables us to match you to the best suited positions for you.

4. CHECKS & REFERENCES

All candidates invited for an interview at Headhunters will be required to send us clear copies of their supporting documents via email:

• ID
• Driver’s License (if applicable)
• Academic Certificates
• Most Recent Payslip

Upon receiving your Virtual Interview request, you will be sent 3 indemnity forms to complete, which give us permission to share your confidential information with our clients, as well as to run credit and criminal checks on you.

We also ask that all candidates provide at least three contactable references, as we do not submit a CV to our Clients without supporting reference checks. Please note that a current reference will never be contacted without your approval, as we do not wish to put 'smoke where there is no fire'.

5. FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

Should you not be successful for the specific position you have been interviewed for, Headhunters will still be able to consider you for any other suitable positions that may become available in future.
