Description	Our client in Retail industry is currently looking to employ a Debtors and Creditors Clerk based in Port Elizabeth. Salary: R 10 000 – R 13 000 CTC A wonderful career opportunity awaits you. Requirements: Matric Certificate. Finance / Accounting Qualification advantageous. At least 3 Years’ working experience in a similar role. Pastel experience. Retail Point of Sale experience advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Manage debtors and creditors journal. Manage records of the POS system, pricing. Assist with processing and generating invoices. Track outstanding customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all debtor transactions. Prepare debtor reports. Reconcile supplier statements. Handle queries and resolve issues with suppliers. Maintain accurate records of all creditor transactions. Maintain organised filing systems for financial records. Liaising with customers. Provide administrative support as needed.
