Payroll Administrator

Description Our client in the textile industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Payroll Administrator.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with Accsys (HR and Payroll Software).
  • Excellent Excel Skills and Knowledge.
  • Experience with bargaining councils advantageous.
  • Experience with Benefit Funds, UIF, SARS, Stats, garnishees, loans, savings, bonus provisions etc.
  • Proven track record of work experience.
  • Methodical and organised.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
 
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
  • Administer two weekly payrolls (70 and 84 heads) and a monthly payroll (55 heads)
  • Administer Month end recons.
  • Manage Manual Employment Equity records.
  • Manage related transactions and calculations with benefit Funds, UIF, SARS, Stats, garnishees, loans, savings, bonus provisions.
  • Track weekly anniversary dates to increase long service amounts.
