Description	Our client in the manufacturing industry and based in Kariega (Uitenhage) is currently looking to employ a Full Vehicle Analysis Technician. Requirements: Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering Degree or Diploma. 3 years' proven root cause analysis / technical problem-solving capability. 2 years' experience with CAD software. Sound understanding of the vehicle manufacturing process (Press Shop, Body Shop, Assembly, Purchase parts manufacturing). Advanced Microsoft computer literacy – eg. Excel, Power BI. Sound understanding of 3D dimensional measurement. Project management experience. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Conduct Dimensional analysis of Quality related concerns to determine root cause using dimensional measurement tools within the scope of QA Metrology. Assess and identify dimensional discrepancies in part condition according to drawing / CAD and provide timeous analysis results to support production activities. Drive product improvement activities in cooperation with Part Engineers and Project Purchasing. Project Management and Planning of vehicle project/new equipment related activities.
