Description	Our client in the Hospitality Industry based in Grahamstown is currently looking to employ a Duty Manager. Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month, dependent on experience. Requirements: Relevant formal Hospitality qualification is advantageous. Experience in the hospitality industry essential. 2 years’ experience in managerial position. Valid Driver’s License essential. Customer service-oriented mindset. Enthusiastic individual with good communication skills. Ability to work shifts. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Oversee daily operations as well as the restaurant. Restaurant preparation and service – Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Supervise and support hotel staff to ensure high standards of service. Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction levels. Address and resolve any issues that may arise during a guest’s stay. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
