Description	Our client in the Wholesale (FMCG) industry is currently looking to employ a Customer Relations officer based in Port Elizabeth. Requirements: Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role. Proficiency with customer service tools such as CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and email management software. Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and resolve complaints with professionalism. Familiarity with the smoking alternatives industry is a plus. Responsibilities, but not limited to: 1. Customer Query Management: Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally across various platforms (WhatsApp Business, Social Media Channels, Email, Phone Calls) Maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring their concerns are understood and resolved efficiently. 2. Process Improvement: Develop a ticketing system to streamline routing of specialized requests (e.g., sponsorship proposals) to appropriate team members. Create and maintain a tracking system for customer offers, including returns, replacements, and online vouchers. Design and implement a unified system or software to manage all customer communications from different channels. 3. Returns and Refunds: Implement strategies to address customer dissatisfaction while adhering to company policies. Streamline the returns process to ensure clarity and ease for customers, providing clear guidance on policies and procedures. 4. Feedback and Collaboration: Gather and document valuable customer feedback to share with marketing, manufacturing, and procurement teams for continuous improvement.
