Description	Our client in the agricultural Industry based in Wellington is currently looking to employ a National Sales Manager. Requirements: Relevant Tertiary degree advantageous. Minimum 3 years’ Sales experience in a similar role. Agricultural equipment sales experience essential. Ability to travel nationally 1-2 weeks per month. Experience in people management. Excellent Sales techniques and communication skills. Excellent networking abilities. Travel Requirement: National Traveling, 1-2 weeks per month. Company vehicle provided for work related travel. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Manage, lead and support a team of four regional managers. Drive and achieve individual sales targets and support team sales targets. New Business Development, growing client base and onboarding new clients. Managing current customer base. Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships and strengthen industry partnerships through network opportunities. Monitor revenue streams, prepare forecasts, and identify opportunities to increase profitability. Evaluate and support marketing and branding strategies and campaigns. Providing sales reports as and when needed. Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve market share through improvements to service delivery and support.
