Description	Our client in the IT Industry based in Bryanston, Johannesburg is currently looking to employ a Senior IT Account Manager (Business Development and Sales). Requirements: A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field. A National Senior Certificate. Having pre-existing relationship capital in the market. Proficiency with CRM systems. Reporting, data capturing and analysing skills. Understanding of sales and marketing tools and methods. Product and service expertise. Strong sales and account management experience. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Manage key accounts. Drive sales and new business opportunities. Deliver tailored solutions in data centres, security and structured cabling. Manage client acquisition by targeting potential customers, developing strategies, and achieving sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions and support. Monitor account performance, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs. Deliver accurate forecasts, reports, and client feedback to improve products and services. Stay informed about company offerings, market trends, and strategies while collaborating on business development.
