Description	Our client, operating in the Financial Sector, based in East London, is looking to employ a Trainee SAICA Accountant. Candidates that are in their 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of articles are invited to apply. Requirements: SAICA accredited completed accounting degree – applicable to SAICA learners. Responsibilities: Managing client portfolios and monthly planning. Drafting financial statements. Tax planning. Occasional bookkeeping and VAT return submissions. Budgets and cashflow forecasts. Attending stock counts. Tax reconciliations (VAT, income, and payroll taxes). Submission of weekly admin reports. Tending to income tax correspondence. Working on audits within a team. Additional Requirements: Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Be able to work under pressure on multiple jobs to meet deadlines. Good communication skills with co-workers and clients. Willingness to learn and committed to self-development. Strong technical abilities. Ability to apply professional judgement. Ability to work with team members from diverse background.
