Description	Our client in the manufacturing Industry based in KZN is currently looking to employ a External Sales Rep. Requirements: An experienced Sales Consultant that has 3 years’ experience servicing the manufacturing sector. Must understand the manufacturing process. Own vehicle and Smart phone required. Have the necessary skills of communicating with the different levels of decision makers in the manufacturing industry. Must be target driven, friendly, team player and be willing to learn and work well under pressure. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: New Business acquired and be responsible for a group of assigned key customers. To acquire new customers on a consistent basis for the growth of the Company. Increase the number of products at existing customers. Be required to develop sales by analysing, implementing, and controlling the opportunities within the assigned market sector. Develop, build and maintain fruitful working relationships with all levels and actively develop the growth of key products whilst successfully introducing new products within the assigned market sector. This customer specialist will take ownership of meeting and requirements for the assigned customers, grow market share and further develop profitable sales. Finding new growth opportunities for the company and forming strategic partnerships that open new markets. Achieving set financial targets: Sales turnover and margins, Product volumes, Expenses. Track and report sales status and forecasts. Sales reports to management. Customer service and retention, quotations, meeting all client needs, responding to emails, liaising with customers - giving feedback etc. Assist with addressing customer issues and solving complaints. Give feedback to internal sales teams and workshop respectively. Manage pricing, rebates and discount levels for assigned customers. Assist with developing and implementing product promotions and go to market strategies.
