Description	Our client in the research and training sector is looking is to employ a Data Processing Manager to their team in Port Elizabeth. Requirements: A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or Research. A minimum of 5 years experience in data analytics. A minimum of 5 years experience in a market research environment (preferred). Experience in managing and influencing multiple stakeholders. Computer literacy (proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Power BI is advantageous). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Plan, distribute, and manage project timelines for the data team. Plan, implement, and sign off on operational changes within the data operations environment. Drive automation and process improvement with the team, in collaboration with the technology and development division. Train and mentor new team members. Manage and delegate ad hoc requests from other internal divisions and uphold the standard of internal service. Report generation (create new reports, update/assist with existing reports on all projects). Facilitate the implementation of reworks for projects. Act as a team leader for assigned projects. Monitor and follow up on timelines for assigned projects. Assist with project setups where applicable. Receive and delegate project-specific requests from internal departments. Conduct data reviews and signoffs. Generate and update reports. Perform any other related tasks that may arise from time to time.
