Description	Our client in the Finance industry is currently looking to employ an Audit Supervisor to their team in Port Elizabeth. An awesome career opportunity awaits you! Requirements: BCom Accounting or BCom Auditing Degree. Completed SAICA Articles CA (SA). MS Office. CaseWare. Greatsoft (advantageous). Pastel. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee activities of trainee accountants Supervise audit engagements. Supervise and review work performed by employees. Evaluate employee performance. Conduct weekly staff briefings. Act as a liaison between clients and the firm. Maintain communication between directors and employees. Train, mentor, and motivate employees. Coach audit employees. Review statutory audits. Ensure compliance with the firm’s System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies, and procedures. Adhere to the firm’s Employee Code of Conduct, including HR policies, SAICA, IRBA, and IESBA Codes of Conduct. Plan and oversee engagements and operations. Develop and enhance systems.
