Description Our client, an accredited Old Mutual Franchise, is looking to employ Financial Advisors to their team, to provide financial advice, recommendations, plans and solutions to their clients.

This role offers flexible work options: office-based, hybrid, or fully remote.


Requirements:

Education and Certification:
  • Matric.
  • Regulatory Examination (RE5) certification.
  • Class of business CPD points.
  • Must meet Fit and Proper Requirements.
  • Clear criminal and credit record.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 18 months financial industry experience.
  • Proven track record of success and a commitment to client service.
  • Proven experience in providing financial solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients’ financial situations, develop tailored financial plans and guide clients.
  • Stay updated on financial markets, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent client service.
  • Educate clients on financial products and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Generate leads and grow the client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
