Description	Our client, an accredited Old Mutual Franchise, is looking to employ Financial Advisors to their team, to provide financial advice, recommendations, plans and solutions to their clients. This role offers flexible work options: office-based, hybrid, or fully remote. Requirements: Education and Certification: Matric. Regulatory Examination (RE5) certification. Class of business CPD points. Must meet Fit and Proper Requirements. Clear criminal and credit record. Experience: Established Advisors with risk solution focused earning 500K annual commission or managing assets between R100 to R200m. Proven track record of success and a commitment to client service. Proven experience in providing financial solutions to clients. Key Skills, Attributes and Competencies: High ethical standards and integrity. Passionate, Dynamic, Driven and Ambitious. Good communication, interpersonal and relationships building skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Client-focused mindset. Value shared knowledge and expertise. Commanding desire for continuous learning and growth. Willingness to travel to engage with clients. Valid Driver’s License and own transport. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate clients’ financial situations, develop tailored financial plans and guide clients. Stay updated on financial markets, regulations, and industry trends. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent client service. Educate clients on financial products and investment opportunities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Generate leads and grow the client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
