Description	Our client based in East London is currently looking to employ an Internal Sales Consultant. Salary: R10 000 per month. Requirements: Grade 12 high school certificate. Proven work experience within an administration and/or sales role. Experience in PPE and/or occupational health and safety industry advantageous. Ability to demonstrate alignment with businesses code of ethics and organisational culture. Organised, able to multitask, the environment requires you to assist clients with their orders via various channels. Attention to detail and accuracy required as you work with client brands. Able to manage order deadlines, the environment is deadline driven as you are dealing with PPE orders. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Administer all customer orders from start to completion and take overall responsibility of such orders. Customer orders include orders received over the counter, telephone, email, website or handed over by an External Sales Consultant (ESC). Issue quotations and negotiate prices and terms of sale with customers. Regular communication with new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet their needs as well as regularly provide feedback to the customer on the status of their orders, etc. Assist customers select products based on their needs, product specifications and regulations. Creating, improving and administering the relationship bonds with new and existing customers. Enforcing marketing strategies such as promotions to customers. Making customers acquainted with the details of the products and services offered. Resolving customer matters / queries as per the instructions received from Management and ensuring that all customer matters are followed through until settled. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information and ensure provision of exceptional customer service.
