Description	Our client in the Manufacturing industry, based in Pinetown (KZN), is currently looking to employ an experienced Tool, Jig and Die Maker. Requirements: Qualified Tool, Jig & Die Maker. 5 + years' experience in toolmaking. Experience in plastic injection moulding and / or press tooling/stamping. Strong knowledge of tool design and manufacturing. Proficient in CAD/CAM software. Familiarity with CNC machines. Conventional Lathe Turning experience. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Design and manufacture tools, jigs, and dies. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Select materials and determine manufacturing methods. Modify and repair existing tools, jigs, and dies. Troubleshoot tooling issues. Construct and repair dies for plastic injection molding and pressings. Ensure die accuracy and precision. Design and manufacture jigs and fixtures. Ensure jig and fixture accuracy. Collaborate with engineers and production teams. Maintain toolroom safety and organization. Update tooling records.
