Description	Dynamic Student Advisors Wanted ! Location: Cape Town Our client, a respected national educational institution, is looking to appoint passionate, driven, and dynamic Student Advisors to join their Cape Town-based sales teams. If you have a strong background in sales and a desire to help young people shape their future — this is the opportunity for you! Important Notes: Proven sales experience in a service-based industry is essential. The ability to meet and exceed sales targets is non-negotiable. Proof of sales success will be required for shortlisted candidates. Requirements: Preferred: National Diploma (NQF6) + 3 years of sales experience Alternative: National Senior Certificate (Matric) + 5 years of sales experience Bilingual: Afrikaans and English Strong interpersonal and communication skills Target-driven, proactive, and tenacious personality Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Computer literate Responsibilities: Presentations Deliver dynamic, engaging presentations at schools and expos Distribute marketing materials and build relationships with students and stakeholders Achieve monthly presentation and school engagement targets Database and Interviews Proactively collect and manage prospective student databases Make outbound calls to prospective students to book interviews Conduct professional interviews, building rapport and guiding students through course options Consistently meet interview booking and completion targets Applications and Registrations Assist students with online applications and secure on-the-spot submissions Follow up on unpaid or incomplete applications Drive application acceptance, payment of pre-registration fees, and final registration conversions Achieve individual and campus registration targets Administration and Reporting Accurately complete daily reports, trackers, and CRM updates Ensure interview and application documents are completed and submitted correctly Keep all reports, systems, and records up to date.
