Salary: R6,500.00 CTC (Cost to Company)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented young lady to join our team as a Junior Trainee Administrator / Finance. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain experience in administration and finance within a dynamic work environment. The role is new and evolving, so duties and responsibilities will adapt according to the company’s requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
• Completed Matric with Accounting, Business Studies, and Computer Applications Technology (CAT)
• A tertiary qualification or currently pursuing one will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Good interpersonal and people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with general administrative and finance tasks as required
• Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping and data entry
• Manage and maintain filing and documentation systems
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Adapt to evolving duties as the position grows and company needs change

Contract Details:

• Initial 3-month fixed-term contract
• Review after 3 months for potential permanent employment
