Our client, a market leader in the Rope Access space, is currently looking to employ a Senior Sales Executive (Key Accounts).

+7 years of sales experience / sales success, with a strong focus on key account management; preferably in the rope access or industrial services, or related sectors will secure!

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of sales experience with a focus on key account management in the rope access, industrial services, or related sectors.

  • Proven track record of winning large, complex deals and managing strategic client relationships.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

  • Solution selling and consultative sales experience.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create tailored solutions.

  • Well-established network within the rope access or industrial service industries.

  • Knowledge of rope access industry trends and regulations (advantageous).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure key projects and strengthen existing client relationships.

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers in target markets.

  • Track market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.

  • Identify and pursue high-value tenders, framework agreements, and new business prospects.

  • Work closely with operations teams to craft tailored rope access service offerings.

  • Negotiate and close contracts with key accounts.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to position the company as a thought leader in the sector.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring business and generate referrals.
