Requirements:

• LLB / BA Law/ BCom Law.
• Admitted Attorney.
• Some experience in regulatory compliance, legal support or audit services is preferential.
• Attention to detail.
• Good organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Conduct independent internal audits and identify issues throughout the company.
• Assist with preparation for external audits (all departments).
• Assist with training preparation.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing policies.
• Assist with drafting policy wording.
• Assist with document version control.
• Meeting administrative deadlines and sending reminders.
• Assist with FICA screening and monitoring.
• Assist with Owncloud and C3 portal management.
• Assist with administration required for management meetings and compliance.
• Assist with POPI and PAIA requests.
• Assist with Callbi auto-report and report risks.
• Assist with complaints (all departments).
• Assist with due diligence reports.
