Our client in the FMCG Industry is currently looking to employ a Regional Sales Manager to join their team based in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in the FMCG sector, dealing with buyers, customers, and sales agents.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Proven ability in market analysis and product forecasting.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (internal and external stakeholders).

• Strong conflict management and organisational skills.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Valid Driver’s Licence.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives

Budget & Sales Management

• Take full ownership of regional budgets, forecasts, and sales targets

Key Accounts Management

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with retail and wholesale partners

Team Leadership

• Manage, coach, and mentor sales representatives and agents to achieve high performance and professional development

Operations

• Oversee stock management and ensure excellence in trade execution

Market Analysis

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities and risks
