Requirements

• Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer

• 4 to 6 years’ experience in Power Platform development and administration

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules

• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate

• Experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript

• Experience working with Azure services and DevOps pipelines

• API development and third-party integration experience

• Solid understanding of data modelling and security within Dynamics 365

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and take full accountability

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Develop and configure Dynamics 365 CRM including forms, workflows, dashboards, and business process flows

• Manage security roles, permissions, and system configurations

• Develop APIs and integrate Dynamics 365 with SharePoint and other Microsoft products

• Implement custom plugins, scripts, and extensions

• Customise entities, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements

• Diagnose and resolve system issues to ensure stability and performance

• Manage system updates, patches, and version upgrades

• Ensure compliance with governance standards and development best practices
