Our Client, a prominent brand in the Entertainment Industry, is seeking to employ an experienced Events Coordinator to their dynamic team; based in Little Chelsea Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ experience in event coordination (entertainment industry preferred).
• Communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and after hours when required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Budget management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (event management software advantageous).
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Plan and coordinate entertainment events, shows, and activations.
• Liaise with artists, venues, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses.
• Oversee event logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and venue regulations.
• Assist with marketing and promotional coordination.
