Description

Our Client in the Law Firm Industry is seeking to employ a Receptionist to their team based in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (legal environment advantageous).
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, and diary management).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Schedule and manage appointments while maintaining an organised and accurate office diary.
  • Send, receive, and file correspondence, including legal documents, emails, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain and monitor office stationery supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Prepare refreshments such as tea and coffee for clients when required.
  • Assist with general office duties to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
