Our Client, operating in the OE Automotive Industry, is seeking to employ a Finance Assistant to their team based in Centurion, Gauteng.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Financial Management.
• Finance, Accounting or Economics diploma.
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Proficient user of finance software.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Need to be able to do supplier recons.
• Need to update FCST sheets with Actuals.
• Update variance report.
• Need to be able to pull financial reports on SAP.
• Need to do recon and follow upon MBR invoices and payments.
• Need to do orders under R 50 000.
• Need to do monthly stock take on promotional stock.
• Help compiling the Finance Review report.
• Assist in the budgeting process.
• Reconcile and approving all employee's national and international travel expense claims.
