Financial Manager

This role is suited to a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, scaling environment and is eager to play a strategic role in business growth.  This role can be classified as a mid-level role in a manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or CIMA qualification

• 3 years’ experience in a similar mid-level role within a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong grounding in financial management, business administration, and business control

• Proven track record within manufacturing or production operations

• Experience building, structuring, or professionalizing finance functions in growing businesses

• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex financial data

• Comfortable operating in pre-profit, high-growth, or scaling environments

• Experience with compliance processes, including BBBEE

• Exposure to the following 'preferred':

  • ERP systems

  • Short term insurance (Commercial)
