Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead their Retail and Logistics division based in East London.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
• Additional certifications in Health & Safety, Fuel & Retail Operations, Facilities Management, or Finance will be advantageous

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ management experience within:
  • Retail petroleum industry
  • Retail or convenience store environments
  • Logistics, transport depots, or fleet yard operations

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Proven leadership capability with strong experience in financial control, compliance, and operations management
• Proficiency in POS systems, fuel management systems, digital security tools, and reporting platforms
• Working knowledge of fuel management systems
• Experience with SAP Retail systems
• Sound knowledge of labour legislation and MIBCO requirements
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and emergency situations
