Our client in the manufacturing Industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ an Operations Manager.

Salary: R25,000 CTC per month plus benefits.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Operations Manager.
• Self driven and a team player.
• Versatile in technical ability, and able to learn fast.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to read priority selections for work schedules.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

• Quote and costing of projects done daily.
• Quotes and Job card costing and quoting monthly for SLA processing.
• Handling of all monthly scheduled SLA for all company products.
• Manage sites and staff with small teams and various projects.
• Working with clients scheduling and planning of work incoming.
• Control the main key resources in workshop: Stores, Vehicles, Staff.
• Strict managing of Tools and high-cost hand tools.
• May from time to time need to site visit during installations or work checking.
• Do comparisons of quote vs actual of jobs received.
• Measure staff time to allocated quoted times.
