Our client, a leader in the Mobility Solutions industry, is seeking an experienced Branch / External Sales Representative to join their team in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Sales Representative
  • Experience within a technical sales environment advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM systems and practices
  • Strong relationship-building ability
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field advantageous

Responsibilities:

External Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities
  • Promote and sell products and services to prospective customers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and outcomes
  • Conduct customer needs analysis and provide suitable solutions
  • Expand existing customer accounts and increase revenue opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations tailored to customer needs

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively
  • Act as the communication link between customers and internal departments
  • Provide regular customer feedback to management

Reporting and Administration

  • Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
  • Track sales performance and territory activity
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Support branch administration and operational functions
  • Maintain CRM records and customer information accurately
