Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong administrative and coordination experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency essential
- Previous experience within property, leasing, rentals, or tenant administration advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage difficult tenants, contractors, and building managers
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Professional, resilient, and assertive personality
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage legal and compliance-related processes

Responsibilities:
Tenant and Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants
- Handle tenant queries, complaints, and disputes professionally
- Build and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Ensure excellent customer service and tenant satisfaction
- Resolve tenant concerns efficiently and effectively
Leasing and Vetting Administration
- Conduct thorough tenant vetting processes
- Perform background checks, credit checks, and reference verifications
- Assess tenant applications in line with company policies and requirements
- Manage leasing administration and documentation
- Ensure all records and application data are accurate and up to date
Managing Agent and Contractor Coordination
- Liaise with managing agents regarding tenant and property matters
- Coordinate with contractors and building managers where required
- Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders
- Assist with operational and property-related escalations
Systems and Reporting
- Maintain vetting systems and databases
- Generate reports on leasing activities, tenant feedback, and application statuses
- Manage spreadsheets and reporting documentation accurately
- Ensure proper filing and document control procedures are maintained
Legal and Compliance Support
- Assist with leasing compliance and legal-related processes
- Manage documentation relating to tenant disputes and escalations
- Ensure processes align with company procedures and property regulations
Operational Support
- Work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Manage multiple priorities and urgent matters simultaneously
- Provide support during peak operational periods, weekends, and emergencies
