Our client, a well-established organisation operating within the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking to employ 6 experienced warehouse assistants. This role is based in Isando, Johannesburg.

There are 6 positions available.

Requirements:

• Grade 12/ Matric (essential)
• Minimum 5 year’s warehouse experience in automotive or parts environment preferred.
• Valid forklift licence (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Proactive, disciplined, and results driven
• Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Team player 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming parts against packing lists and business systems purchase orders.
• Conduct Data Dotting and ensure full traceability of all serialized parts.
• Accurately bin, pick and pack stock according to system and dispatch requirements.
• Complete Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) within 24 hours of receipt.
• Support cycle counts, stock takes, and variance investigations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in line with 5S and Health and Safety standards.
• Operate forklifts (if licensed) and assist with loading unloading vehicles.
• Accurately capture and process all transactions in system.
• Branch dealer and supplier collections and deliveries.
• Parts standby during the week, weekends and on public holiday
