Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers, accurately identifying their product needs.
• Inform customers of the product range and convince customers to purchase products.
• Educate customers on products, services and warranties offered.
• Promote the product range and support branch sales.
• Keep up to date with market trends by analysing the market.
• Prepare and maintain reports.
• Report directly to the Branch Manager.
