Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Post-school qualification or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Warehousing (advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing, stock control, or project logistics.
• Experience within the electrical, solar, construction, or industrial environment is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) components, including inverters, batteries, racking systems, and cables, is advantageous.
• Computer literacy with experience using inventory or ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pick, pack, and stage project materials according to approved Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Ensure complete project kits are dispatched accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate dispatch readiness in line with project timelines.
• Identify and communicate stock shortages before project deadlines.
• Receive, bin, label, and organise incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records.
• Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare stock ageing and inventory reports.
• Process returned project materials and assess their condition.
• Quarantine and record faulty items for warranty claims.
• Reconcile reusable and scrap inventory.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all returned stock.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and project teams.
• Prepare dispatch documentation and delivery notes.
• Verify and file proof of delivery documentation.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure delivery completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure warehouse compliance with SHEQ standards and company procedures.
• Conduct regular housekeeping and safety inspections.
• Ensure racking, storage areas, and hazardous zones comply with safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
