Description	Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service / client liaison role. Responsibilities but not limited to: Provide professional customer support via WhatsApp, E-Mail and telephone. Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular order updates. Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery. Prepare customer correspondence and maintain accurate records. Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills. Experience and knowledge of the hunting, safari, taxidermy, or trophy export industry will be highly advantageous.
