Requirements:

• Experience in a technical or field support role.
• Experience with remote monitoring/ troubleshooting is crucial.
• Knowledge of solar and inverter systems.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience with Sunsynk, Deye, Victron, Solis, or Huawei systems.
• Solar PV certifications.
• Experience with lithium batteries and monitoring platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot solar, inverter, electrical, and network issues.
• Perform installations, replacements, and maintenance of solar systems.
• Electrical equipment replacement (AC/DC breakers, AC/DC SPD, DC fuses).
• Configure and commission systems.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Monitor system performance and perform firmware updates where needed.
• Log and manage support tickets using Zoho CRM.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and suppliers.
• RMA testing.
