Description Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (3 years) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or Organisational Development.
  • Professional registration (e.g., Industrial Psychologist or Certified Coach) is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in, Training and Development, HR Consulting or Assessment and Diagnostics.
  • Experience in employee engagement and organisational development initiatives.
  • Understanding of change management processes.
Responsibilities but not limited to: 
  • Plan and manage the annual employee engagement survey process.
  • Support managers throughout the survey process, including preparation, feedback, and action planning.
  • Guide leadership in creating and tracking engagement action plans.
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and engagement sessions across teams.
  • Analyse survey results and prepare clear reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate communication and engagement campaigns with internal teams.
  • Act as the main liaison with global company engagement networks.
  • Support implementation of group-wide engagement initiatives and recommendations.
  • Facilitate organisational development, culture, and learning interventions.
  • Identify team culture challenges and provide solutions.
  • Organise engagement activities such as workshops and team events.
  • Work with internal communications to ensure clear messaging.
  • Manage budgets related to OD and engagement initiatives.
  • Track progress and measure the effectiveness of engagement programmes.
