| Description |
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3–5 years of design experience, including hands-on work in packaging or print production — this is essential, as packaging projects come through regularly and need to be handled without errors.
- Strong working proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Experience designing ads for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), including familiarity with Meta's ad specs and formats.
- Solid understanding of print production fundamentals: dyelines, bleed, trim marks, CMYK vs spot colour, and file preparation for commercial printing.
- Familiarity with digital ad specs (Google Display Network sizes, social media platform specs) and eCommerce content formats (e.g., Amazon A+ Content).
- Meticulous attention to detail and comfort working to exact technical measurements.
- A portfolio demonstrating range — digital/social design as well as packaging or print production work.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Design social media advertising creative across platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), sized and formatted correctly for each placement.
- Design Google Display Network and website banner ads to exact ad-size specifications, including multi-size banner sets.
- Build Amazon A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) and equivalent online retailer content, following each platform's technical and layout requirements.
- Design in-store displays and point-of-sale materials that meet retailer specifications.
- Design product packaging and box artwork to exact factory specifications when required, including dyelines, bleed, trim, CMYK/spot colour builds, and print-ready file preparation — liaising directly with printers and factories on proofs and technical requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all packaging, retail, and digital touchpoints.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines across digital and print deliverables.
- Design email graphics for newsletters and marketing campaigns.
