Description	Requirements: Matric or equivalent. Relevant qualification. (Hospitality / Bcom). Experience in operations management in the hospitality industry. Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail or a similar high-volume environment. Available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays when required. Responsibilities but not limited to: Overseeing daily venue operations. Leading and managing a large operational team. Ensuring exceptional customer service and experience. Monitoring staff performance, attendance and productivity. Managing stock control, costs and operational efficiency. Overseeing suppliers, maintenance, security and compliance. Supporting events, promotions and activations. Identifying opportunities to improve operations and grow the business. Working closely with senior management and departmental managers.
