Our Client in the Direct Marketing industry is seeking to employ an Assistant Sales Call Centre Manager to join their team based in Tzaneen, Limpopo.

Purpose of role:

Responsible for the overall sales performance, daily operations, lead management and development of sales teams across various products.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric.

• Relevant business, sales or management qualification.

• Minimum 5 years' sales call centre experience, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.

• Proven experience managing multiple teams and inbound/outbound operations.

• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and social media lead generation is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to analyse leads, optimize allocation and improve sales conversion.

• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, motivate and evaluate sales teams.

• Experience setting sales targets and managing performance-based incentive program's

• Strong analytical, reporting, communication and leadership skills.

• Experience in consumer products, direct sales or lay-by sales advantageous.
